Kyzen to Showcase High Performance Cleaning Products at NEW Show South Africa

Nashville — March 2, 2010 — Kyzen, the world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for the electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, will showcase two high performance cleaning products AQUANOX® A4241 and EXAKLEAN™ E5611, at the NEW show South Africa and will be supporting MyKay Tronics in their booth F11. The show is scheduled to take place March 9-10, at the Sandton Exhibition Centre in Johannesburg. Visitors are also invited to attend an informative presentation by Kyzen’s Fernando Rueda, entitled “The Science of Aqueous Cleaning & Matching the Cleaning Agent to the Soil and Equipment”.

AQUANOX® A4241 is a non-hazardous, biodegradable aqueous cleaning solution designed with a revolutionary inhibition technology to be effective on the toughest soils while protecting even the most sensitive parts from etch or darkening. A4241 PCB and Stencil Cleaner can be used in a multi-process environment for use in spray batch, spray in-line and stencil cleaning processes. Multi-metal safe, including bare aluminum and copper, AQUANOX® A4241 provides consistent cleaning results with minimal bath monitoring and brilliant solder joints with no sump side additives.

EXAKLEAN™ E5611 is solvent-based cleaner, effective on a wide variety of flux, solder paste and uncured adhesives. E5611 has been designed for cleaning misprinted boards and stencils and is suitable for use in most stencil cleaning machines. EXAKLEAN™ E5611 has no flash point and can be diluted with water for low use cost and long bath life. It is particularly effective in ultrasonics and manual applications.

Available in 5, 25 and 200 liter containers, A421 and E5611 are non-flammable, non-corrosive liquids that have proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes.
