Kyzen Highlights EXAKLEAN™ at NEPCON China 2010

Designed for cost-sensitive operations, EXAKLEAN™ E5612 is a ready-to-use Stencil Cleaner and EXAKLEAN™ E5858 is a cost effective Aqueous Inline Cleaner.

Stencil cleaning has taken an increasingly important role in surface mount technology. The cleanliness of the stencil is critical to the success of the stencil printing process. E5612 is an aqueous based cleaning chemistry that is delivered ready-to-use in all types of stencil cleaning systems. E5612 was designed to clean all raw solder paste, and fluxes at ambient (room) temperature and contains no solids, therefore no water rinsing is required. This pH neutral chemistry will allow for high through put with fewer defects, no foam and low odor. E5612 has tested compatible with stencil materials and standard stencil cleaning equipment.

EXAKLEAN™ E5858 is a cost effective inline cleaner designed to clean high volume PCBs with low standoffs and BGAs. E5858 will provide brilliant solder joints even after multiple passes due to Kyzen’s revolutionary inhibition technology. E5858 is a biodegradable low VOC aqueous solution and has been evaluated with all types of solder pastes and fluxes with exceptional results at low concentrations. It is a non-flammable, non-corrosive liquid containing no CFC’s or HAP’s.

Available in 5, 25 and 200 liter containers, E5612 and E5858 have been proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. Additionally, both products are RoHS compliant, Halogen, Halide and Hexane free.
