| We are proud to announce that Kyzen has won three new prestigious industry awards. Our Aquanox A4703 Neutral pH Aqueous Cleaner has won two awards, the SMT Vision Award for Best New Cleaning Material and Circuits Assemby's NPI award for Best New Product. In our fourth consecutive year we have also won the Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the Cleaning Materials category for our outstanding customer ratings. |

“The NPI Award recognizes innovation. Kyzen literally means continuous improvement, and constant innovation guided by the voice of the customer has been our strategy for 20 years,” said Tom Forsythe, Vice President. “Kyzen was created to develop renewable resource cleaning materials, which has been our single focus from day one. The voice of the customer tells us that eliminating white residue, cleaning in tight gaps, safety, eco-friendly, low cost of ownership materials are what they want and AQUANOX® A4703 delivers.”

“The VISION Award is the oldest industry award, and we are honored to be selected from the many suppliers that routinely compete for it in the cleaning area,” said Tom Forsythe, Vice President. “It is fitting that AQUANOX® A4703 wins this because it is the latest product in a long line of Kyzen innovations that have fulfilled our vision of what the industry demands: safe and eco-friendly, high performance with no more white reside, no soil left in tight gaps, effective in a broad range of equipment options, and of course the lowest cost of ownership in the industry. Kyzen was founded to achieve those goals 20 years ago this month, and we hope to continue innovating for many more years to come.”

“While customers vote every day with their hard earned money, it is an honor when they take the time to participate in an open competition such as Circuits Assembly’s SEA,” said Tom Forsythe, Vice President, “Awards like this are truly the voice of the customer, and we take great pride in their opinion and view it as both inspiration and motivation to maintain the highest level of service in the industry.”
The 18th annual Service Excellence Awards for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Providers and Electronics Assembly Suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service.
For the awards, companies are rated on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (superior) in five service categories: dependability; ease of use; responsiveness; technology; and value for price.
